Deputy Manager of OEM Sales Division

【Company Overview】

Our main business focuses on the manufacturing and sales of car electronics products, such as car navigation systems and car audio equipment. In recent years, we have also been actively promoting digital transformation initiatives.

【Qualifications】

・Experience working as an engineer and in proposal activities, with a sales/technical background.

・Technical knowledge: Audio-related, electronic component knowledge (boards and hardware) Skills & Character:

・Must have Own car (have gasoline support).

・Bachelor’s degree / master’s Degree

Languages

• English: Business level Essential, especially for communication with non-Japanese customers and international stakeholders.
• Japanese: Internal level (JLPTN2) Preferred and considered an advantage for coordinating with the Japanese headquarters and customers.

【Responsibilities】

• Collaborate with the sales department to provide technical expertise during customer proposal activities
• Create technical materials, including proposals and presentations
• Support project launches and manages customer inquiries, coordinating with the Japanese headquarters
• Build strong relationships with customer planning and procurement departments (OEMs)
