A leading Food & Beverage manufacturing operates an integrated supply chain and is committed to delivering high-quality products through innovation, operational excellence, and strong financial discipline.
As part of its continued growth, the company is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the end-to-end cost accounting function across its entire supply chain, supporting strategic decision-making and long-term business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead overall cost accounting strategy across the supply chain, ensuring alignment with corporate financial objectives, compliance standards, and IFRS/GAAP requirements.
- Provide executive-level financial insights on cost drivers, margins, profitability, and capital investment decisions to support strategic initiatives.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, standard costing accuracy, variance analysis, and long-range financial planning for supply chain operations.
- Conduct comprehensive cost structure analysis across procurement, manufacturing, and distribution to identify efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Evaluate financial impacts of supplier negotiations, pricing strategies, and inventory policies, integrating financial perspectives into cross-functional decision-making.
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics (e.g., Cost per Unit, Inventory Turnover, Freight Cost, Working Capital) and present performance reviews with actionable recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting systems, and automation while fostering a culture of collaboration with Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in cost accounting and financial management within manufacturing or FMCG.
- Strong expertise in supply chain finance, standard costing, and variance analysis.
- Proven leadership in managing large teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial analytics tools.
