Business Development Manager (Data Center)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, IT Infrastructure, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data center infrastructure, solution sales, or adjacent technical industries.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams in regional or international environments.
• Proficiency in English and the ability to travel occasionally for customer or project needs.

Responsibilities:

• Explore and develop new business opportunities across the data center and digital infrastructure ecosystem.
• Build long-term relationships with enterprise customers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions aligned with their technical and business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, presales, and project delivery teams to ensure solutions are feasible, competitive, and aligned with customer expectations.
• Support the business pipeline by assisting with proposals, coordination, and project follow‑through.
• Contribute to market insights, customer feedback loops, and strategic business planning.
