Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities in the Food industry. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who understands food markets, customer development, and channel expansion, and who enjoys building businesses from opportunity to execution.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management within food & beverage.
- Strong understanding of OEM, B2B, or FMCG channels.
- Proven success in opening new markets and building customer portfolios.
- Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with production, R&D, NPD, sales and marketing teams.
- Fluent in Thai and business-level English.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, customers, and channels for food products.
- Build strategic partnerships with distributors, importers, modern trade, food service, and industrial clients.
- Drive market entry strategies for new products and new regions (domestic & export).
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract development.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, R&D, and operations to launch new products and solutions.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer insight generation.
- Monitor pipeline performance and deliver sustainable revenue growth.
