Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or a Master’s Degree in any related fields

English: Internal Conversation Level (TOEIC score would be advantages) 

Japanese: N/A (If can speak is a plus)

• At least 4 years of experience in administrative, executive support, or secretarial roles

• Experience in project coordination or event support is a plus

• Experience working with international teams in cross-cultural environments

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills

• Friendly, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks accurately

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email/calendar tools

• Knowledge of the luxury retail or fashion industry is preferred

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant to Director to work closely with senior management in Bangkok, Thailand. This full-time, office-based role provides support across business development, administrative operations, and project coordination, contributing to the company’s strategic initiatives at both local and international levels. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide senior-level administrative support to the Director, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, correspondence, and document preparation

• Support business development activities through research, reporting, and coordination with internal teams

• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support

• Coordinate and support marketing events, promotional campaigns, and brand partnership activities

• Act as a key liaison between the Bangkok office and global stakeholders

• Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate reports, presentations, and business documentation
