The company provides comprehensive trading services and seeks candidates with strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, ideally with experience in plastics or chemicals and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
- Minimum 3–5 years in plastics, chemicals, or trading industries, with hands-on experience in import/export processes, documentation, and negotiation with both local and overseas partners.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
- Language: Native Thai required; English at internal conversation level (TOEIC 500+ preferred). Japanese is an advantage.
- Oversee sales activities for plastic resins and related products, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry standards.
- Conduct route sales to strengthen existing relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Plan budgets, set targets, and implement strategies to achieve growth objectives.
- Foster trust and collaboration with customers, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Guide team members toward achieving sales goals through coaching and performance monitoring.
- Handle commercial and operational negotiations with domestic and international clients and suppliers.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Thai Manager.
