Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any major.
  • Accounting experience in any industry with a solid foundation in basic accounting knowledge.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Positive, flexible, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process monthly payments such as rent, loan installments, utilities, and office expenses.
  • Handle banking operations including transactions, account activity checks, opening new accounts, and currency‑related tasks.
  • Perform mid‑month and month‑end closing procedures and submit required documents to the accounting consultant.
  • Review staff payroll and prepare monthly payment documentation.
  • Coordinate with external partners regarding procedures such as opening and renewing accounts and handling operational matters.
  • Manage documents including contracts, resignations, tax forms, store operation materials, and internal translations as needed.
  • Communicate with tenants and assist with research on potential new property locations.
  • Collect, organize, and properly store documents from multiple store branches.
  • Support procurement activities for office supplies, IT equipment, and materials for headquarters and store operations.
