Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any major.
- Accounting experience in any industry with a solid foundation in basic accounting knowledge.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Positive, flexible, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly payments such as rent, loan installments, utilities, and office expenses.
- Handle banking operations including transactions, account activity checks, opening new accounts, and currency‑related tasks.
- Perform mid‑month and month‑end closing procedures and submit required documents to the accounting consultant.
- Review staff payroll and prepare monthly payment documentation.
- Coordinate with external partners regarding procedures such as opening and renewing accounts and handling operational matters.
- Manage documents including contracts, resignations, tax forms, store operation materials, and internal translations as needed.
- Communicate with tenants and assist with research on potential new property locations.
- Collect, organize, and properly store documents from multiple store branches.
- Support procurement activities for office supplies, IT equipment, and materials for headquarters and store operations.
