Salary: $12/HR
Location: Orchard
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
Job Scope
Review boxes of archived HR and Finance documents.
Check and verify mandatory records (EC, termination, leave, payroll, statutory contributions, payslips).
Assist in reviewing onsite HR hard-copy files and internal records.
Categorise documents for retention or disposal (shredding, off-site review, structured/unstructured data clean-up).
Maintain simple logs and updates for HR and ensure confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
Some admin or records-handling experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and able to manage large volumes of files.
Basic knowledge of HR/ Finance documents is a bonus.
Proficient in MS Office and able to work independently.
