Team Lead, Visitor Services | Pasir Panjang & Upper Changi

Requirements

• Skilled in service delivery, problem solving & service recovery.
• Ability to travel between both job sites as required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Point-of-Sales system & other digital technologies 
• Has prior experience in handling operations and customer service.
• Possess some managerial experience is advantageous 

Details

• 9am - 6pm | 5 days between Tuesday to Sunday
• 1-Year Contract, subject to renewal
• Gross up to $3300

Scope

• Oversee day-to-day operations across both museum sites to ensure seamless visitor experience.
• Troubleshoot operational, technical and equipment-related issues and / or escalate to relevant departments whenever necessary.
• Lead, coach and manage a team of 10 associates.
• Handling conflicts and performance concerns professionally and effectively.
• Mentor and support associates in developing skills, including guided tour delivery and visitor engagement.
• Prepare and manage monthly deployment schedules.
• Source replacements promptly in cases of last minute drop of shifts or manpower shortfalls.
• Forecasting manpower needs, particularly for peak periods or events.
• Attending to visitor feedback, general enquiries and email correspondence professionally. 
• Conduct OJT & ongoing training for new joiners.
• Guiding associates in leading guided tours and facilitating visitor programs. 
• Liaising closely with internal department, external vendors and other related partners.
• Preparation and submission of monthly revenue summary reports.
