The Opportunity:


Adecco is partnering with an established organisation within the MRO, safety and consumables sector to hire a Supply Chain Planner. This role will be responsible for regional inventory and replenishment planning across safety products, PPE and multiple principal brands. The successful candidate will manage high-volume SKU planning, coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, and ensure sufficient stock availability to support commercial and customer requirements.


  • Full-time, permanent role
  • West region (Company transport available)
  • Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm | May require to work a few hours on Saturday (as and when required, not mandatory)
  • Basic salary + VB


The Job:

  • Plan inventory and replenishment requirements across regional markets, ensuring stock levels are aligned with demand, customer contracts and commercial plans.
  • Manage planning for safety products covering approximately 2,000 active SKUs and over 30 key suppliers.
  • Review sales trends, stock movement, demand signals and inventory data to determine replenishment needs, stock holding requirements and potential shortage risks.
  • Coordinate with Product Managers, Commercial, Customer Service, Operations, Warehouse and Finance teams to align stock plans, customer requirements and operational execution.
  • Work with suppliers, factories and principals on production schedules, lead times, stock availability and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor inventory health, including slow-moving items, ageing stock, excess inventory, stock-out risks and inventory turnover.
  • Maintain planning data such as safety stock, reorder points, lead times, SKU movement and supplier information.
  • Prepare inventory reports, planning analysis and stock performance updates for management review.
  • Use Excel and ERP systems for inventory tracking, planning data, reporting and future system improvement initiatives.



The Talent:

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related discipline.
  • At least 4 years of experience in supply/inventory/replenishment/materials planning, production scheduling or related supply chain planning roles.
  • Experience handling high SKU volume, supplier coordination and regional planning will be advantageous.
  • Proficient in Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP)
  • Proactive, hands-on and data-driven, with strong planning, follow-up, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
