The Talent

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure and IT operations.
• Good understanding of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, and VPN.
• Exposure to IT infrastructure support, incident management, and system administration.
• Banking or financial services experience will be an added advantage.

The Job

• Maintain and support the bank's IT infrastructure and network environment to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve infrastructure issues within SLA.
• Administer user accounts, access rights, and system permissions in accordance with security policies.
• Configure, support, and maintain enterprise network technologies, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, VPN, and firewalls.
• Participate in 24/7 rotational shift support to ensure continuous availability of critical banking systems.
• Assist in IT audits, security reviews, and infrastructure enhancement initiatives while recommending operational improvements.
