The Talent
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure and IT operations.
- Good understanding of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, and VPN.
- Exposure to IT infrastructure support, incident management, and system administration.
- Banking or financial services experience will be an added advantage.

The Job
- Maintain and support the bank's IT infrastructure and network environment to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve infrastructure issues within SLA.
- Administer user accounts, access rights, and system permissions in accordance with security policies.
- Configure, support, and maintain enterprise network technologies, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, VPN, and firewalls.
- Participate in 24/7 rotational shift support to ensure continuous availability of critical banking systems.
- Assist in IT audits, security reviews, and infrastructure enhancement initiatives while recommending operational improvements.
