Job Description:

  • Prepare customer invoices and billing documents in the system
  • Prepare charge-back and manual invoice adjustments
  • Prepare and apply credit notes in line with defined company policies and procedures
  • Issuance of invoices for all goods and services provided
  • Process customer invoices in SAP PP1 and produce credit notes as necessary
  • Input receipts and journals into the Billing System, Spreadsheets and General Ledger System
  • Review invoices and identify errors before posting/emailing
  • Resolve customer billing inquiries, escalating internally when required
  • Ensure that all documents and paperwork are provided with invoice requests before actioning and are promptly and accurately filed
  • Back-up colleagues on their work tasks during their absence

*Please note that this is a 1 year contract, renewable/ extendable.

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience using SAP & Intermediate Excel
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, supply chain or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in billing, invoicing and accounts receivables
