Adecco is partnering with an established organisation to hire an Assistant Manager, Human Resources to support full-spectrum HR operations in a dynamic and hands-on environment.


The Job:

  • Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & development, manpower planning, and employee relations
  • Support compensation and benefits processes such as salary benchmarking, annual reviews, bonus cycles, and insurance administration
  • Participate in HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and survey analysis
  • Review and implement HR policies, employee handbook, and best practices in line with applicable employment regulations
  • Support payroll processing, including statutory submissions and related filings
  • Assist with general office and facilities administration, including coordination of logistics and travel arrangements
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure proper documentation


The Talent:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant HR experience
  • Familiarity with payroll processes and local employment practices
  • Experience with HR systems will be advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
