We are seeking a Shift Leader for our reputed client – a leading producer of Tissue Paper Jumbo Rolls.



Job Title: Shift Leader – Tissue Paper Industry

Job Summary

The Shift Leader is responsible for supervising production operations during assigned shifts to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous tissue paper manufacturing while meeting quality and production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise tissue machine and converting line operations during the shift
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met
• Coordinate with maintenance, E&I, and quality teams to minimize downtime
• Monitor process parameters and ensure optimal machine performance
• Manage shift manpower, attendance, and discipline
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety compliance, and SOP adherence
• Prepare shift reports on production, downtime, and issues

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical field
• 5+ years of experience in tissue paper or continuous process manufacturing, with shift leadership exposure
• Strong knowledge of tissue machine operations and safety practices
