Job Title: Production In-Charge – Tissue Paper Industry
Job Summary
The Production In-Charge is responsible for overseeing daily tissue paper manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production while meeting quality, cost, and output targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and control tissue machine and converting operations
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met
- Coordinate with maintenance, E&I, quality, and warehouse teams to minimize downtime
- Monitor process parameters, raw material usage, and machine performance
- Manage manpower planning, shift allocation, and operator performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Prepare and review production reports and KPIs
