Job Title: HR Officer – Tissue Paper Manufacturing
Job Summary:
The HR Officer is responsible for managing and supporting all human resource functions within the tissue paper manufacturing facility. This role ensures effective recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Officer works closely with production and management teams to maintain a productive workforce, promote employee engagement, and support operational efficiency in a factory environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Knowledge of labor laws and factory regulations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and selection processes for factory workers, technical staff, and administrative employees.
- Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll preparation in coordination with the finance department.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and workplace regulations.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
- Coordinate training programs, including safety and skill development for production staff.
- Support workforce planning to meet production targets.
