Supply Chain Intern

On behalf of our client, a global leader in water, hygiene, and infection prevention solutions and services, we are looking for a candidate for the position:

Supply Chain Intern.

Responsibilities and key activities: 

• To communicate with the customs and prepare documentation for the process;
• To enter data and documents in the local system;
• To be involved in gathering offers and organizing transport of goods;
• To handle Supply Chain related documentation;
• To support stock management process;
• To communicate with the warehouse to ensure goods delivery and to send relevant documents;
• Communicate and offer support to divisions linked to Supply Chain. 

 
Requirements:

• Final-year university student or graduate in a relevant field;
• One year of experience in the same or similar positions (not mandatory);
• English proficiency;
• Proficient user of MS Office tools.
