Sales Engineer
Location: Albania, field-based position

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop business and sales opportunities by promoting Roxtec solutions to both new and existing clients.
• Research and target potential customers within the assigned territory.
• Take responsibility for one or more market segments in Albania and Kosovo, ensuring strong market presence.
• Educate and train customers on product features, value, and application.
• Achieve sales targets in line with sustainable development and profitable growth objectives for Albania and Kosovo.
• Independently plan, organize, and conduct customer visits and sales activities across both territories.
• Prepare and follow up on sales activities, including technical specifications, quotations, and offers.
• Collaborate closely with back-office and technical teams to develop tailored customer solutions.
• Prepare annual sales budgets and manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales forecasts.
• Monitor, control, and report on sales performance, budgets, and customer activities using established reporting routines.
• Prepare market and sales reports, including competitor analysis and SWOT analysis.
Candidate Profile:
• Higher vocational education or a university degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering roles, preferably in industries such as infrastructure, energy, process industry, data centers, or telecommunications.
• Experience in team leadership or management is a plus.
• Driving license is required.
• Albanian native speaker, English language proficiency at an intermediate level.
• Engineering-oriented, proactive, and extroverted, with a strong business development mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
