Quality Control Engineer

On behalf of Adecco’s client, an international company, we are seeking a Quality Engineer to join their team in Jagodina or Leskovac. This role is ideal for engineers who want to develop practical skills and grow professionally in the QC sector, working in a structured and supportive environment, and who are detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about ensuring high-quality standards.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical
• Experience in quality control or quality assurance in manufacturing is a plus
• Familiarity with core quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, RCA) is an advantage
• Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office and English language

Main responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of the Quality Management System in line with automotive standards
• Conduct internal audits (system, process, product) and ensure compliance
• Monitor and analyze process performance using statistical methods
• Communicate and enforce customer quality requirements across the organization
• Deliver employee training on quality, measurement, and monitoring techniques
• Review and approve supplier documentation (PPAP/PSW)
• Manage supplier nonconformities, including corrective actions and 8D reports
• Analyze customer returns and coordinate preventive actions with suppliers
• Maintain supplier performance records, complaints, and evaluations
• Oversee measuring equipment, incoming inspection activities, and quality reporting
