HR Solution Architect

Our client is a global leader in commercial vehicles and automotive interior components and suspension seats, operates in over 19 countries, with a commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. Their Global Business Center (GBC) in Nis plays a crucial role in supporting global business operations by integrating essential functions such as accounting, procurement, HR, IT, and sales. As a shared services center, GBC provides transactional services, expert support, and data analysis to their various locations worldwide, ensuring efficiency and streamlining processes across departments.
We are seeking HR Solution Architect, based in Nis or remote, to join their growing team and contribute to the continued success of the organization. This person is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions that address business needs and support organizational objectives. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Architecture
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, assess needs, and define solution objectives and scope.
· Design & Architecture: Align tech solutions with business goals and standards.
Solution Development and Implementation
· Oversee the development, configuration, and customization of technology solutions, working closely with development teams and third-party vendors.
· Coordinate solution testing, validation, and acceptance.
· Facilitate solution deployment and rollout activities.
Data Processing & Integration Management
· Responsible to ensure that HR solutions integrate seamlessly with existing systems and processes within the organization incl. seamless data flow and compatibility.
· HR Systems Landscape: In close collaboration and under the lead of Enterprise Architecture team, develop and maintain the architecture for HR technology solutions.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance existing solutions, streamline processes, and optimize performance.
· Innovation: Identify opportunities with emerging technologies.
· HR Tech Trends: Incorporate innovative solutions to enhance HR processes and experiences.
Global Project Management
· Project management (end-to-end) incl. stakeholder management, ensuring delivery within scope and budget.
Collaboration
· Work closely with HR and IT teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
· Evaluate Vendors and manage relationships.
Qualifications:
· Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources or Business Administration.
· Master's degree, relevant certifications in HR management, cloud computing, or IT systems is a plus.
· 3+ years in solution architecture, IT project management, or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully delivering technology solutions.
· Strong technical expertise across multiple technology domains, including cloud computing, enterprise applications, infrastructure, and security.
· Proficiency in cloud-based HR software (e.g., Cornerstone on Demand, Workday, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors).
· Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and HCM (Human Capital Management) platforms.
· Knowledge of data integration and interfaces.
· Understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations.
· Understanding of regulatory requirements like GDPR.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
