HR Generalist
Location: Stara Pazova
The role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract as a maternity leave replacement, with a potential for contract extension.
This position is intended for an experienced and well-organized HR Generalist who can independently manage HR and personnel administration processes in a manufacturing environment, in close cooperation with local management and HQ.Location: Stara Pazova

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes (job postings, pre-screening, interviews, coordination with hiring managers)
• Organize onboarding activities and manage employee documentation (contracts, annexes, personnel files)
• Monitor employment contracts and deadlines for extensions or changes
• Manage attendance, absences, holidays, and sick leave in compliance with local regulations
• Prepare accurate timesheet data for payroll processing, including overtime, bonuses, incentives, and other variable pay
• Liaise with the external payroll provider and support employees with payslip-related questions
• Organize and manage employee transport for shift workers, including supplier coordination and invoice checks
• Support employee relations, monitor workplace climate, and assist in conflict resolution
• Coordinate training activities and HSE requirements in cooperation with external consultants
• Prepare HR reports and KPIs (absenteeism, overtime, headcount, labor costs, etc.)
• Liaise with external legal advisors, insurance providers, and relevant institutions
• Provide administrative and financial support within the scope of the role
Requirements
• University degree (preferably in Economics, Law, or Human Resources)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR role
• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment
• Good knowledge of labor law and personnel administration
• Experience with payroll data preparation and variable pay management
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with HR/time & attendance systems
• Good command of English (Italian is a plus)
