Adecco, on behalf of our client Mondelez International, a global leader in the FMCG industry and home to iconic brands such as Milka, Oreo, Toblerone and Barni, is looking for a Field Sales Supervisor to manage and develop sales operations on the Kosovo territory.

Location: Remote (Kosovo – predominantly field work, most often Pristina)
Key Responsibilities

Ensure achievement of sales-in (SI) and sales-out (SO) targets within the assigned territory.

Monitor distribution depth, coverage, and Perfect Store KPIs across both MT and TT channels.

Supervise distributor performance, stock levels, and execution of agreed standards.

Conduct regular store checks and visits to key customers.

Coordinate and supervise marketing activities, promotions, and POSM implementation.

Support, educate, and work closely with distributor sales teams in the field.

Ensure timely listing and distribution of new products (NPD).

Prepare weekly market and performance reports, including sales trends and focus reports.

Provide regular updates and presentations to the line manager.
Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, ideally within FMCG or retail.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand and interpret distributor reports.

High level of English proficiency (spoken and written).

Fluent Albanian language is mandatory (spoken and written); Serbian is considered a plus.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Valid driver’s license (B category).

High level of responsibility, accuracy, and independence, combined with strong teamwork skills.
