Online Game Host Team Supervisor

On behalf of Adecco’s client, an international company in the interactive gaming industry, we are seeking qualified, professional, and motivated candidates for the following position Online Game Host Team Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and shuffle playing cards at gaming tables in accordance with established procedures
• Inspect the quality of playing cards and ensure proper functionality of all equipment (card shoes, storage boxes, tables)
• Oversee the opening and closing procedures of gaming tables
• Organize work schedules, supervise the team, and evaluate shufflers’ performance
• Provide training, guidance, and motivation to new team members
• Respond promptly to emergencies and resolve operational issues to ensure game integrity

Candidate’s Profile:

• At least one year of experience in iGaming, Casino, or Telecommunications / Call Centre industry, in a supervisory or team lead role
• Minimum IV level of education; higher education is considered an advantage
• Advanced PC skills, including MS Office
• Advanced level of English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage conflicts effectively and make timely, well-reasoned decisions
