Adecco is recruiting, on behalf of its client—an important company in the FMCG beverage industry—a Consumer Insights Expert.
The ideal candidate brings:
- Min 3 years of experience in Commercial Analytics, Data Tooling (Nielsen, YouGov), Strategic Insights, Research methodologies
- Expertise in analytics and commercial performance optimization
- Experience in quantitative research combined with qualitative
- Strong personal presence and autonomy, immerse/ interested in AI tooling
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, hands-on approach and positive mindset.
Industry experience in FMCG or insights agencies is strongly preferred.
Venue: Pantelimon, Jud Ilfov
Working hours:
Monday to Thursday 08.00-16.45
Friday 08.00 –14.15

The Consumer Insights Expert plays a central role in helping the business make smarter, data-driven decisions, supporting steady growth and improving overall commercial performance and effectiveness.
This role is focused on analytics, actionable insights that support and inform key business decisions, contributing meaningfully to strategic and commercial outcomes, collaborating with senior stakeholders.
The role reports and will support to Marketing Services Director in:
1. Institutionalize Data-Driven Decision Making
Continue developing the insight framework across brands ensuring decisions are grounded in fact-based analysis rather than intuition.
2. Drive Optimization
On pricing, elasticity tooling, promotional effectiveness, market competitive benchmarking to support disciplined brands and commercial strategy.
3. Contribute to Forward-Looking Insights
Develop medium- and long-term consumer and market perspectives to anticipate changes, identify growth opportunities, and support innovation and investment decisions.
4. Elevate Performance Governance
Design toolkits frameworks, dashboards and predictive tools that improve visibility, accountability and performance management across functions.
5. Strengthen External Intelligence Partnerships
Act as the interface with key international research partners (Carlsberg Group, Eckes, Diageo, research agencies), ensuring methodological rigor and alignment internal needs with best practices.
6. Contribute to building organizational capability
Support the development of an insight-led mindset across marketing and commercial teams, sharing best practices and analytical know-how.
