Client Description:

An American technology and engineering company in the greenfield segment, specializing in advanced cooling systems and thermal energy management for critical infrastructure. The company designs and manufactures high‑performance heat exchangers as well as custom, scalable cooling systems for industries with exceptionally high energy demand, such as data centers, power generation, renewable energy, and the process industry.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in production scheduling or planning within a manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IFS, or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex schedules and competing priorities
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally in a matrix organization
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; ability to collaborate with U.S.-based stakeholders
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement orientation

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in ETO, project-based, or low-volume / high-complexity manufacturing environments
  • Background in HVAC, thermal systems, power generation, or heavy industrial manufacturing
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Theory of Constraints, or APICS methodologies (CPIM preferred).
  • Experience supporting international operations or global supply chains


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on customer orders, forecasts, and capacity constraints
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and Logistics to align production plans
  • Perform capacity planning and identify potential bottlenecks, constraints, and resource conflicts
  • Monitor schedule adherence, production KPIs (OTD, lead time, WIP), and proactively address deviations
  • Ensure alignment between long-term planning, mid-range plans, and short-term execution schedules
  • Support project-based and engineered-to-order manufacturing, including prototypes and custom builds
  • Participate in S&OP / IBP processes and drive schedule feasibility
  • Continuously improve planning processes, data accuracy, and system utilization (ERP/MRP)
  • Ensure production plans comply with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies
