HR Controlling Specialist

Client Description:

Our client is an established international organization operating across multiple European markets. The company has built a regional expertise hub in Warsaw supporting strategic business functions across the region. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an HR Controlling Specialist. Detailed company information will be shared during later recruitment stages.

You will manage headcount planning, personnel cost control, budgeting, forecasting and HR financial reporting for multiple European countries. Acting as a key partner for HR and Finance stakeholders, you will ensure budget discipline, data accuracy and insightful reporting.

Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years of experience in Controlling, Finance or HR Controlling 

• Experience in Headcount Management and Personnel Cost Management 

• Strong analytical and reporting skills 

• Advanced Excel skills 

• Solid understanding of finance and budgeting 

• Fluent English 

• French, German, Spanish or Italian would be an asset 

Responsibilities:

• Manage headcount planning across European markets 

• Monitor and analyze personnel costs (IPC) 

• Support budgeting, forecasting and reporting 

• Prepare management analyses and recommendations 

• Partner with HRBPs, CFOs and business leaders 

• Ensure data consistency between HR and Finance systems 

• Identify cost deviations and drive corrective actions 

• Present financial insights in a clear business-focused manner
