Fund Accountant (m/f)

We are recruiting for a leading global financial services firm specializing in asset servicing, custody banking, and investment management, supporting institutional clients worldwide.

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in fund accounting, financial services, accounting, or a related financial operations role.
• Good understanding of financial concepts, investment funds, and NAV calculations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and solve data-related issues.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and experience working with financial data and reports.
• Very good English skills (written and spoken) – daily communication in an international environment.
• Good organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Responsibility and accuracy in completing assigned tasks.
• Interest in data, automation, and new technologies (including AI tools) is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Calculate and review Net Asset Values (NAVs) for assigned investment funds.
• Ensure daily fund accounting activities are completed accurately and within deadlines.
• Follow and monitor internal procedures and controls within the Fund Accounting Team.
• Identify and escalate operational issues or discrepancies when needed.
• Respond to client questions and requests related to fund accounting activities.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate information and documentation.
• Work with the team to improve processes and maintain high-quality service.
