Client Description:
Our client is a global leader in the commercial vehicle and engineering sector, supported by a modern business services centre located in Poznań. The centre plays a key role in the group’s international operations by delivering Finance services that enhance efficiency, standardize processes, and ensure high‑quality financial support.
Finance specialists here work across areas such as accounting, controlling, reporting, and financial analysis. Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- German language proficiency at minimum B2 level (operational/business communication)
- English language proficiency at minimum B1 level (working in an international environment)
- Good knowledge of banking and payment processes
- High level of accuracy and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work with data and meet deadlines
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Navision)
- Presence in the Poznań office minimum once a month
Responsibilities:
- Posting incoming payments
- Preparation and analysis of bank statements
- Customer accounts reconciliation (Accounts Receivable reconciliation)
- Bank accounts reconciliation
- Processing open items
- Processing Direct Debits (SEPA)
- Ongoing email and phone communication with the process partner in German
- Clarifying payment discrepancies and supporting period-end closings
