Traffic Management Operative (TMO-Practising)

Adecco is looking for a qualified and motivated Traffic Management Operative (TMO-P) to join our team. You’ll be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and removing traffic management systems to ensure safety and efficiency on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up signs, cones, barriers, and road closures
• Monitor traffic flow and respond to issues
• Check and maintain equipment
• Work safely with the team to meet project goals

Requirements:

• TMO-P certification
• 1–2 years’ experience in traffic management
• Full Class 1 driver’s licence
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors
• Team player with a proactive attitude
