Are you a certified TTM, TMO, or STMS professional looking for your next opportunity? We’re searching for reliable, safety-focused Traffic Controllers to join our clients’ teams across the Nelson/Tasman area. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and keeping people safe, we’d love to hear from you!

📋 Requirements

• Flexible availability — including nights and weekends
• Current TTM, TMO, or STMS certification
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid rights to work in NZ

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Directing traffic: Safely guide vehicles and pedestrians using stop/slow bats, hand signals, and other control tools.
• Setting up sites: Install, maintain, and pack down cones, signs, and barriers.
• Staying connected: Communicate via two-way radio with your team, contractors, and emergency services.
• Keeping everyone safe: Spot hazards early, respond quickly, and help maintain a safe work zone.
• Helping the public: Clearly explain traffic plans and assist drivers and pedestrians with a friendly approach.
• Following the plan: Stick to supervisor directions and site-specific traffic management plans.
