Our client is a private credit and investment platform seeking a senior Performance Marketing & Growth Manager to drive lead generation, conversion, and brand authority.

You will own Google Ads campaigns, funnel optimisation, and investor-focused content that builds trust and converts qualified leads. This role blends paid acquisition with strategic content creation, working closely with Investment Managers, Marketing Manager, and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimise paid campaigns and lead funnels to attract qualified investors
• Create content supporting campaigns, education, and credibility
• Maintain consistent messaging and brand authority across channels
• Track performance and provide data-driven insights to leadership
• Collaborate with investment and marketing teams on strategy

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in performance marketing and paid media
• Hands-on Google Ads expertise
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent written communication
• Experience in regulated or compliance-sensitive industries
