Machine Operator

Adecco is recruiting on behalf of Godfrey Hirst, a global leader in carpet manufacturing that uses 100% New Zealand wool, for multiple Machine Operators to join their Yarn Making Department at their Gracefield site in Lower Hutt.

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to a high-quality standard. These roles are hands-on and suited to people who enjoy physical work and being part of a high-performing team.

Shift Details

• Afternoon Shift: 4:00pm – 12:00am
• Night Shift: 12:00am – 8:00am
• Monday to Friday
• Paid breaks and shift allowances included

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is an advantage, but training is provided
