Driver Operator - Class 4 and Class 5

We are currently working with one of the leading civil construction companies in New Zealand. You'll play a key part in civil construction and road maintenance projects. They are currently looking for experienced and confident class 4 and 5 operators who can fit into their team across a number of Key Project

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Class 4 or 5 vehicles including tipper trucks and transporters
• Conduct daily maintenance and safety checks on vehicles
• Ensure all plant is serviced, clean, and road-compliant
• Maintain accurate logbooks and follow site compliance requirements
• Support general labouring duties where required
• Follow all site health & safety protocols and project deadlines

To Be Successful, You'll Need:

• Full Class 4 or 5 Licence with WTR endorsements
• Proven experience driving heavy vehicles in civil or transport environments
• Competence with various truck gearboxes and tipper trucks
• PTO experience/training is a bonus
• Strong numerical skills and legible handwriting
• Logbook knowledge and time management
• A team player with good communication skills
• Motivated, reliable, and able to work under pressure
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
• Leadership potential and a keen attitude to learn and contribute
