Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with civil construction experience. This is a permanent full-time opportunity to lead challenging civil construction projects, work with a supportive team, and play a central role in delivering high quality outcomes for our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage civil construction projects from planning and mobilisation through to completion.
• Own project delivery: programme, cost, quality, safety and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers and delivery teams to meet milestones and budgets.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and regular progress reports for senior leadership and clients.
• Manage change, risks and commercial issues proactively to protect project margins.
• Ensure site health & safety and quality processes are followed and continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and cashflow forecasts.
• Lead project meetings, client liaison and stakeholder engagement.
• Supervise site management and provide technical direction and mentoring to project delivery staff.
• Oversee procurement and contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Essential: Proven project management experience in the civil construction sector, ideally with drainage, water and general civil works experience.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in construction project management (senior-level experience preferred).
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting and contract variations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to build strong client and team relationships.
• Hands on approach and ability to lead on-site teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Desirable: Civil engineering qualification or background is highly regarded.
