Associate/Senior Recruitment Consultant - Construction

Adecco are looking for motivated recruitment consultants to join their growing construction team in Auckland. If you have experience within recruitment or face to face sales this could be the position for you!

About the position:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure that we are providing the clients with the best possible service.
• Build and develop existing relationships with clients through calls, meetings and work events.
• Build relationships with new clients maximize your commission
• Conduct regular site visits.

What we are looking for:

• Individuals who have experience working in recruitment or face to face sales
• Have strong face to face and over the phone communication skills
• Individuals who are self-motivated to well and are looking for a career within recruitment
• Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and organisational skills to use in front of clients and candidates.
• Effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
• Someone who can multitask, operate at a fast pace and can stay calm in high pressure environments
