Role Summary:

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing data collection activities in alignment with defined operational guidelines. This role involves both fieldwork and desk-based tasks, including conducting ground research, ensuring accurate data entry, and supporting operational projects based on business objectives. The position requires strong attention to detail, basic planning capabilities, and the ability to provide analytical feedback to improve existing processes. Maintaining confidentiality, clear communication, and adherence to company policies are essential in ensuring the integrity and quality of collected data.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and execute data collection operations, following clear guidelines provided by the supervisor
  2. Be prudent and detail-oriented for data and information collection. Ensure all forms for data collection are filled in correctly
  3. Conduct ground research as required, which likely involves traveling out of the office to gather data and insights from various locations
  4. Plan and execute ground operations and projects based on business objectives
  5. Share feedback and suggest improvements to existing operational guidelines
  6. Adhere to Grab's confidentiality procedures and policies when collecting, storing, and sharing data 


Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English
  • Need to have some experience in excel/gsheet
  • Strong attention to details
  • Basic planning and execution
  • Analytical Mindset with feedback capability
  • High integrity and confidentiality awareness
  • Clear communication skills
  • Willing to work with combination of fieldwork and desktop computer work
