Beauty Advisor
Role Summary
Support daily retail operations at an airport beauty counter by engaging customers, providing product consultation, and driving purchase conversions. This role focuses on delivering a high standard of customer experience, maintaining product presentation and stock accuracy, and contributing to team sales targets while ensuring compliance with operational and visual merchandising guidelines.

Job Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador in promoting products
- Promote group products at the assigned retail counter
- Welcome and engage customers, provide strong product knowledge, and convert opportunities into purchases
- Deliver excellent customer service through professional consultation
- Handle customer objections effectively and convert them into sales
- Ensure accuracy of stock levels and transactions; replenish stocks as needed
- Maintain counter cleanliness and ensure proper presentation of products and testers
- Follow all operational procedures and maintain store standards
- Work as a team to achieve sales targets while adhering to company directives
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure post-sale engagement
- Maintain store condition in line with visual merchandising guidelines
Requirements
- Good spoken and written English proficiency, Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage for communication with customer
- Minimum 1 year of prior experience in retail, beauty, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
- Strong interest in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics
- Good interpersonal and customer engagement skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment (airport setting)
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Presentable with good grooming standards
