Beauty Advisor

Role Summary

Support daily retail operations at an airport beauty counter by engaging customers, providing product consultation, and driving purchase conversions. This role focuses on delivering a high standard of customer experience, maintaining product presentation and stock accuracy, and contributing to team sales targets while ensuring compliance with operational and visual merchandising guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador in promoting products
• Promote group products at the assigned retail counter
• Welcome and engage customers, provide strong product knowledge, and convert opportunities into purchases
• Deliver excellent customer service through professional consultation
• Handle customer objections effectively and convert them into sales
• Ensure accuracy of stock levels and transactions; replenish stocks as needed
• Maintain counter cleanliness and ensure proper presentation of products and testers
• Follow all operational procedures and maintain store standards
• Work as a team to achieve sales targets while adhering to company directives
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure post-sale engagement
• Maintain store condition in line with visual merchandising guidelines

Requirements

• Good spoken and written English proficiency, Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage for communication with customer
• Minimum 1 year of prior experience in retail, beauty, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
• Strong interest in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics
• Good interpersonal and customer engagement skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment (airport setting)
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Presentable with good grooming standards
