Position: B2B Inside Sales Executive

Working Duration: 12 months contract
Working Location: 1, First Avenue, Petaling Jaya, 47800, Selangor
Working Day/Hours: Monday – Friday; 10am – 7pm.
Salary: Basic up to RM3,800 (Based on experience + skills) with monthly incentive + RM480 monthly claimable allowance + statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical insurance

JOB DESCRIPTION
Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets set for the inside sales team.
Conduct outreach to potential leads, presenting and promoting for Business solutions.
Validate potential clients, identify their needs, and successfully onboard them to meet acquisition goals.
Foster strong relationships with customers in a tele-sales environment, ensuring comprehensive service for assigned accounts.
Promote and sell additional solutions to the current Business client base.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelorʼs Degree in any field.
At least 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Telesales, or a related industry.
Good command of English (both written and verbal).
Demonstrated integrity, discipline, and respect in performing duties.
Ability to work independently and think strategically when approaching tasks.
B2B Sales & handling corporate clients experience is an advantage.
