Key Competencies:

• Performing on-site audits at client facilities, including site tour, document review, worker/management interviews etc that required to complete audits.
• Analyzing audit findings and compiling detailed audit reports identifying areas of compliance and non-compliance
• Providing recommendations for corrective actions to address non-conformances
• Writing and maintaining audit documentation and records in accordance with social and GHG standards requirements and company standards.
• Recommendation to be suggested for continuous improvement of clients.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest local laws & regulations as well as social and GHG standards, protocols, and industry best practices
• Complete mandatory trainings from applicable associations and the group
• Supervise progress of all necessary administration and documentation
• Ensure consistent application of all relevant policies and procedures
• Ensure clear communication to all internal and external interfaces
• Work with marketing personnel to promote the services (provide professional opinion for required marketing materials as needed)
• Any other relevant works as requested by N+1

An Ideal Candidate:

• APSCA CSCA auditor
• Minimum bachelor's degree
• Career background in a relevant field such as business, sustainability, supply chain management, or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience conducting social compliance audits, preferably with expertise in the SMETA audit protocol
• Strong understanding of GHG, labor laws, worker rights, health & safety, environment, ethic and other social compliance standards
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and audit management software
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills (Korean) preferred
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
