Key Competencies:

Main Responsibilities


1.SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Lead technical and content SEO strategies for large-scale consumer brand websites.
  • Analyze end-to-end search funnel (traffic → landing → conversion) and deliver insights to improve business performance.
  • Manage on-page, off-page, and technical optimization initiatives.

2.Web Analytics & Performance Management

  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytics platforms to evaluate performance.
  • Generate optimization roadmaps aligned with client KPIs.
  • Monitor real-time search performance and provide actionable insights.

3. Client Engagement & Account Ownership

  • Serve as primary SEO advisor to major enterprise clients.
  • Attend regular client meetings, gather business requirements, and translate them into SEO recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as media, content, and data analytics.

4. Team Leadership

  • Lead a team of SEO Analysts, Managers, and junior specialists (approx. 3–4 members).
  • Mentor team members in SEO methodology, analytics, and client communication.
  • Ensure quality control and consistency in all deliverables.

5. Cross-Border Collaboration

  • Work with regional/global teams on digital initiatives.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing, global standards, and best practices.


Required Qualifications

 

·        8–12+ years of hands-on SEO experience in digital agencies or enterprise-level environments.

 

·        Strong technical SEO knowledge (site architecture, crawling, indexing, structured data, page performance).

 

·        Experience managing websites for large consumer brands or high-traffic platforms.

 

·        Proficiency in Google Analytics and other major SEO tools.

·        Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior-level stakeholders.

 

·        Experience leading teams and delivering complex search performance projects.

 

·        Highly data-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced digital environment.
