Role Summary
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our client’s Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) division in Gwangju & Jeolla-do area. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual contributor who thrives in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.
Key Competencies:
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales of CRM products (e.g., pacemakers) within assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, cath lab staff, and purchasing personnel.
• Conduct regular visits to key hospitals (government and private) and manage logistics through agencies and dealers.
• Participate in conventions, forums, and meetings in major cities and provincial areas.
• Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets through proactive engagement and territory management.
An Ideal Candidate:
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (4-year course completed).
• 0–6 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales.
• Active driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively nationwide.
• Strong sales acumen with an outgoing, flexible, and team-oriented personality.
• Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English.
• Preferred: Candidates based in GwangJu or Jeolla-do; open to relocation at own cost.
• Preferred Background: experience in hospital, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or life science sectors
