Sales Manager, Electrical Safety System (ESS) & Electrical Heat Tracing (EHT)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day activities, ensure customers’ expectation of Delivery &Products are met.
- Analyse RFQ and develop plans to prepare strategic proposal showcasing optimized design
- techniques and Value-add services that company can bring to customers.
- Attend Technical Clarification meeting with customers, as required.
- Liaise with customers. Internal factory & other ESS/ EHT business unit sales to ensure delivery
- objectives are met.
- Co-ordinate & oversee all business activities.
- Develop existing / new business to meet company goals & objectives.
- Grow business through customer relations and customer service management.
- Take ownership of customer satisfaction for ESS/ EHT business accounts.
- Responsible for ESS/ EHT business generation & growth from assigned business unit sales.
- Prepare and delivers customer quotation and close sales.
- Meeting Gross Margin Target.
- AR overdue (in customer support – coordinate & oversee All business activities).
- Submit Sales and activities report as per required
Job Requirements:
- Strong experience in sales & EPC projects
- Minimum 5 years on EPC’s/ System Integrator/ Contractor customer in market for Oil & Gas, Petrol
- Chemical, Marine & Offshore etc…
- Regional experience in EPC’s and System Integrator in Korea is an advantage
