With a strong global–local operating model, the Korea office plays a central role in leading and managing multi-market retail media programs for global clients, operating within complex, high-expectation delivery environments.

Position Overview

The Retail Media Project Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operation and delivery governance of global retail media programs across multiple international markets. This role sits between client strategy and execution, translating evolving business challenges into clear priorities, structured delivery plans, and consistent performance outcomes. The position requires strong retail media platform expertise, project leadership, and confident client-facing communication in data-limited and fast-moving environments.


Main Responsibilities


1. Retail Media Strategy & Delivery Leadership

  • Lead retail media strategy and activation across major global retail media platforms (e.g., Amazon and other key retail networks)
  • Own operational planning and execution for large-scale, multi-market retail media budgets
  • Translate evolving client objectives and challenges into clear execution priorities and guidance
  • Make informed judgment calls in environments with limited or imperfect retail media data

2. Project Management & Governance

  • Act as the primary project owner, managing multiple concurrent workstreams and priorities
  • Define weekly and monthly deliverables, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and scope are consistently met
  • Establish clear operational rhythms and execution structures to support scalable delivery
  • Serve as the operational bridge between client needs and platform execution realities

3. Client & Team Leadership

  • Serve as a key client contact, managing ongoing communication, expectations, and alignment
  • Oversee verbal and written client reporting, ensuring clarity, structure, and business relevance
  • Develop executive-level materials synthesizing performance, insights, and next-step recommendations
  • Lead and mentor a small retail media team, providing clear direction, prioritization, and hands-on guidance
  • Foster a solution-oriented, high-ownership team culture in high-pressure environments

An Ideal Candidate:

Required Qualifications

 

·        6–8 years of experience in digital marketing, retail media, or e-commerce media environments

 

·        Hands-on expertise with global retail media platforms (e.g., Amazon Ads and major retailer networks)

 

·        Proven experience managing large-scale media budgets

 

·        Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize under pressure

 

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client and stakeholder-facing reporting

 

·        Demonstrated ownership mindset and resilience in complex delivery environments

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

·        Demonstrated ability to deliver stable, scalable retail media performance across multiple markets

·        Experience setting clear priorities and maintaining execution quality amid competing client requests

·        Strong capability in translating complex or ambiguous inputs into actionable execution plans

·        Track record of building client trust through sound judgment and operational leadership

·        Experience developing executive-level reporting that supports decision-making

·        Comfort operating creatively and analytically within data-limited retail media ecosystems

·        Experience leading or mentoring team members within structured global delivery frameworks
