Role Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced professional to drive business development and technical support for Fire Service solutions in Korea. This role involves leading product development and new launch strategies, enhancing brand presence, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Ideal candidates have 7–15 years of experience in engineering or business development, preferably within the Fire Service market, and possess strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
· Business Development:
o Drive proactive business development targeting end-users and highlighting solutions and products.
o Identify potential target accounts, prioritize opportunities, and collaborate with the sales team for optimal results.
o Maintain high awareness of market trends, competitor strengths/weaknesses, and share insights internally.
o Establish and execute business development plans based on market knowledge and communication with headquarters.
o Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers across businesses, private organizations, and government agencies.
o Effectively manage customer expectations and follow through on commitments.
· Technical Support:
o Provide technical support and business cooperation with sales channel partners.
o Maintain product standards in line with Korean fire service regulations and propose improvements.
o Support KFI certification and inspection processes.
o Manage and develop in-factory inspection facilities.
o Ensure reliable technical assistance for customer requirements and stable operations.
· Product Development & Promotion:
o Plan and implement new product launches based on portfolio competitiveness.
o Support promotional activities, including fire exhibitions and product evaluations.
o Monitor stock levels and control inventory.
o Track customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
· Value Selling:
o Understand customer needs and promote value-based solutions rather than price.
o Present products and services as solutions to customer business issues.
o Stay current with safety regulations and policies relevant to the product portfolio.
· Distributor Network Management (where applicable):
o Conduct regular visits to key distributors to set objectives and review performance.
o Hold quarterly reviews and adjust plans as needed.
o Train and motivate distributor personnel on product use and sales techniques.
An Ideal Candidate:
Key Requirements:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technical discipline.
· Experience: 7–15 years in Engineering or Business Development (Fire Service market preferred).
· Skills:
o Proven business development expertise
o Negotiation and communication skills
o Strong presentation ability.
