Key Competencies:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand new business opportunities, particularly within the Project Logistics sector
  • Identify and build a strong pipeline of prospective customers to support future business growth
  • Manage and respond to Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes for Project Logistics opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, sales activities, and business development progress in the system
  • Generate and distribute reports as required
  • Coordinate and follow up on sales activities within the department
  • Work closely with Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business profitability
  • Prepare and deliver presentations related to Project Logistics services when required

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Project Logistics Sales with a proven track record
  • Strong business development and sales capability
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in both Korean and English (business level, written and spoken)
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred Background

  • Experience in Freight Forwarding, Heavy Cargo, or Project Logistics industry
  • Experience working in a multinational environment
