Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand new business opportunities, particularly within the Project Logistics sector
- Identify and build a strong pipeline of prospective customers to support future business growth
- Manage and respond to Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes for Project Logistics opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, sales activities, and business development progress in the system
- Generate and distribute reports as required
- Coordinate and follow up on sales activities within the department
- Work closely with Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business profitability
- Prepare and deliver presentations related to Project Logistics services when required

Qualifications
- Strong experience in Project Logistics Sales with a proven track record
- Strong business development and sales capability
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent in both Korean and English (business level, written and spoken)
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred Background
- Experience in Freight Forwarding, Heavy Cargo, or Project Logistics industry
- Experience working in a multinational environment
