Position Overview
The Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) Business Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the effective delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise information systems used across the organization. This position works closely with business stakeholders to understand operational processes and translate those requirements into functional and technical system solutions aligned with enterprise IT standards. Acting as a bridge between business users and IT teams, the role ensures enterprise applications such as ERP systems operate efficiently while supporting process improvements, system configuration, and application support across the organization’s manufacturing and operational environments.
Main Responsibilities
1. Business Process Analysis & Requirements Management
• Analyze business workflows and operational processes to identify system requirements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand application needs and operational challenges
• Translate business requirements into structured functional and technical specifications
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency through system enhancements
• Ensure enterprise applications align with company IT standards and best practices
2. Enterprise System Configuration & Implementation
• Configure enterprise systems in coordination with business teams and IT stakeholders
• Support system implementation activities including configuration, testing, and deployment
• Work closely with ERP competence centers, project teams, and IT project management teams during technical implementation
• Support system updates, patches, and technical improvement initiatives
3. Application Support & System Operations
• Monitor enterprise system activities, integrations, and batch processes to ensure stable operations
• Provide application support to users and key users through internal service desk processes
• Manage issue tracking and system troubleshooting to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain system documentation, operational manuals, and application usage guidelines
4. Vendor Coordination & System Governance
• Coordinate with external application vendors and technical support partners
• Track and manage system issues in collaboration with vendor support teams
• Monitor vendor service level agreements (SLA) and ensure service delivery standards are met
• Assist in evaluating solution designs and coordinating changes with IT leadership
5. User Training & Stakeholder Collaboration
• Develop training materials and user documentation for enterprise systems
• Organize and conduct system training sessions for users and key stakeholders
• Act as a communication bridge between business teams, IT teams, and external partners
• Support cross-functional collaboration across regional and global teams
An Ideal Candidate:
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Analyst, Enterprise Systems, or IT Application Support roles
• Hands-on experience working with ERP systems or enterprise applications
• Understanding of manufacturing or industrial business processes
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into system and process solutions
• Fluent English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working within global or multinational organizations
• Background supporting ERP systems in manufacturing environments
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and external vendors
• Experience supporting enterprise system implementation or digital transformation projects
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across regional or global teams
