Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Manager for a client in the pharmaceutical and biotech sector. The role involves planning and negotiating partnerships, developing licensing and co-development strategies, and commercializing R&D portfolios through market research. Candidates should have a solid understanding of pharmaceutical R&D, the drug development process, and strong business-level English communication skills.

Key Competencies:

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and negotiate partnerships with domestic and international pharmaceutical and biotech companies, as well as research institutions.
• Develop strategies for technology licensing (L/O) and co-development initiatives.
• Conduct industry and market research to support R&D portfolio commercialization planning.
• Prepare business proposals and manage cross-functional projects from initiation to execution.

An Ideal Candidate:

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical R&D processes and practical knowledge of drug development.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• A master’s degree or higher in a relevant scientific or business discipline is preferred.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years in business development within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industries.
• Hands-on experience in gene therapy development.
• Immediate availability or ability to join the team promptly is highly desirable.
