Role Summary

The Business Development Manager drives strategic growth across Korea and English-speaking markets. This role focuses on building partnerships in education, healthcare, NGOs, and government sectors, managing B2B/B2G sales pipelines, and supporting international expansion. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Korean, experienced in business development within digital health or SaaS, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Competencies:

Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop and manage strategic partnerships in education, healthcare, NGOs, and government sectors.

·       Drive B2B and B2G sales pipelines from initial outreach to contract closure.

·       Expand business presence in Korea, United States, United Kingdom, and Southeast Asia.

·       Prepare commercial proposals, partnership materials, and respond to RFPs.

·       Build reseller and channel partner networks for international distribution.

·       Collaborate with product and marketing teams to localize solutions for regional markets.

·       Represent the company at global industry conferences and events.

·       Maintain CRM activity and deliver revenue KPIs.

An Ideal Candidate:

Key Requirements:

·       Fluent in English and Korean (written and spoken).

·       Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development.

·       Proven track record in enterprise sales, partnerships, or strategic growth roles.

·       Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

·       Strategic and analytical mindset with ability to execute.

·       Experience in healthcare, digital health, SaaS, or EdTech preferred.

·       Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

 

Preferred Requirements:

·       Experience in government procurement or institutional sales.

·       Existing network in healthcare, education, or public sector organizations.

·       Understanding of digital wellbeing, youth mental health, or healthcare data.

·       Experience with global expansion or cross-border business.

 

Additional requirements:

·       Bachelor’s Degree.

·       3+ years of experience in Digital Health.

·       3+ years of experience with Startups.

·       1+ years of Mental Health Care experience.

·       5+ years of experience with B2B Software.

·       Average deal size in USD (to be discussed).

·       Must accept background check and drug test.
