- Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to deliver optimal solutions.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce and ERP systems for sales tracking and reporting.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
An Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or Electronic Engineering.
- Proven field sales experience in motors or related components.
- Deep technical understanding of motor design and drive systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric and humble approach.
- Leadership and teamwork capabilities.
