The Korean branch office plays a strategic role within the APAC and global organization, collaborating closely with regional and global teams to drive data-led growth initiatives and client success.

Position Overview

The Associate Digital Director plays a key role in ensuring operational stability and executional consistency across multi-market digital marketing initiatives. This role focuses on managing complexity, structuring delivery, and maintaining clarity across stakeholders, while supporting senior leadership. The position is execution- and program-management–focused, rather than a strategy or pure client sales role.

Main Responsibilities


1. Project & Delivery Management

  • Support and lead day-to-day project management for multi-country digital marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate input from multiple markets and internal teams into structured delivery plans
  • Track timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks across ongoing initiatives
  • Prepare and manage operational materials such as status updates, delivery trackers, and review decks
  • Support performance review cycles and ensure follow-up actions are executed consistently
  • Translate market-level complexity into organized, execution-ready action items

2. Client & Internal Collaboration

  • Act as a reliable project manager for internal teams and client counterparts
  • Support structured client communication under the guidance of senior leadership
  • Ensure alignment between planning, execution, and reporting
  • Maintain delivery quality and operational consistency across markets

3. Growth & Capability Development

  • Develop strong program and stakeholder management skills in a global environment
  • Learn to structure complex initiatives into scalable delivery frameworks
  • Gradually take ownership of increasingly complex workstreams
  • Build confidence operating in high-expectation, global client environments

An Ideal Candidate:

Required Qualifications

 

·        6–8 years of experience in digital marketing, media, or agency environments

 

·        Hands-on experience managing projects across multiple teams or markets

 

·        Strong organizational and prioritization skills

 

·        Clear, structured, and professional communication style

 

·        Comfort working with senior stakeholders and experienced specialists

 

·        Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive in identifying delivery risks

 

·        Strong motivation to grow into a senior PM or leadership role


Preferred Qualifications

 

·        Experience managing multi-country or regional (APAC / global) programs

 

·        Background in agency environments supporting global or regional clients

 

·        Experience working closely with media, data, or performance marketing teams

 

·        Familiarity with delivery frameworks, PM tools, or operational tracking systems

 

·        Prior exposure to high-expectation, fast-paced client environments

 

·        Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members
